Flexible vs. Fixed Pricing
5-Year Flexible Plan:
- Offers maximum flexibility with no cancellation penalties, but the management fee is higher at 35% to account for the no-commitment structure.
- Owners can cancel anytime and terminate the contract with a 90-day advance written notice. Should owners opt out of working with Ross Stays, they must honor all guest reservations, leases, or tenancy agreements with a check-out date before the termination becomes effective.
- The Ross Stays Services agreement remains effective for five years after signing, ensuring stability for both parties.
Fixed Plans (1, 2, and 3-Year):
- Lower Discounted management fees (20%-27%) as a reward for committing to a set term.
- Discounted setup fees and cancellation penalties to balance the reduced rates.
Smart Home Package
Upgrade your property with smart technology that ensures guest convenience, safety, and compliance with industry standards. The Smart Home Package includes a Smart Lock, Camera and Noise / Smoking sensor + labour, shipping costs and installation.
