Here’s how Ross Stays collaborated with Alpine Prestige to revamp Panther River to convert their current operations into a unified hotel operation, implementing better software, marketing, SOPs, and Upsells, and more than doubling their revenue from the previous year.

Ross Stays was engaged to transition Panther River from fragmented legacy systems to a unified, scalable hotel operation. Our mandate was to install a complete, high-leverage software ecosystem to automate sales, optimize distribution, and standardize the guest experience across all 54 assets.
